The rescheduled match at the Honeycroft saw chances galore go begging as Aylesbury failed to secure any points. The first 30 minutes Aylesbury saw a number of goal scoring opportunities spurred but their persistence was to be quashed after a freekick from Uxbridge pushed out by Richard Roberts saw Carter with the opportunity to pounce on the rebound and tap it home.

Aylesbury however continued to dominate the first half and shots from Lamar Simpson, Brian Haule and Sonny French did not hit the target. The closest Aylesbury came to scoring was when a Jamie Connor header was cleared off the line. Richard Roberts at the other end tipped away another free kick and Uxbridge tried and failed to increase their score when their attempt cannoned off the crossbar.

The second half saw Uxbridge have their best spell of the game and on 51 minutes a corner kick was our undoing and Uxbridge doubled their lead. Matarr Touray had a golden opportunity to score but blasted wide from 6 yards. French and Simpson were once again the driving force throughout the whole game and in stoppage time Sonny French was rewarded with a goal after running through the Uxbridge defence and finishing nicely but that's how it finished Uxbridge 2 FC 1
