It was a much changed side that took the field at Creasey Park as Aylesbury looked for the first League win of the season. Dropping to the bench were Temi Oladejo, Bruno Brito and Kyreece Martei with David Femiola not involved. FC reverted to a four three three formation with Aaron King, Josh Williams and Reece Bayliss all returning to the starting line up.

Aylesbury have played well this season despite looking for their first win but the achilles heel has been hitting the back of the net, today at Dunstable, this at last changed, but it could have been oh so different had it not been for Nick Bennion's point blank save after just thirty seconds. Arel Amu broke through the Moles defence but Bennion was equal to it as he spread himself and parried the ball away. The ball was cleared to the other end of the field and a free kick was awarded to some twenty five yards out, Ryan Ware stepped up and curled the ball inside the post and past a helpless Lewis Todd in the Dunstable goal, FC had got the early goal that they needed.

FC should have extended their lead a minute later when Luke Cray fired a ball into the area which just evaded Josh William at the back post as the young striker lunged to try and reach the ball. The Moles faithful didn't have long to wait for the second though, with just nine minutes gone Lewis Strafford found himself with the ball at his feet inside his own half, he looked up and with nothing on fired a flat strike towards the Dunstable goal, Todd, making his debut in goal seemed to misjudge the shot, got his feet tangled up and the ball somehow nestled into the corner of the net.

It wasn't all Aylesbury though and the home side were passing the ball nicely and having a good amount of possession without being able to create any real clear chances as the Aylesbury defence looked assured and calm repelling the blue tide. Then on twenty nine minutes the game was effectively settled when Ryan Ware scored his second and FC third, Reece Bayliss had a shot parried by Todd and eventually the ball fell to the tricky midfielder who slotted home to make it three nil.

Derek Feyi should have made it four when his header from a corner whistled past the post, but it didn't take long for the rampant reds to score again. Ryan Ware played a magnificent cross field ball into the path of the flying Josh Williams, he cut inside his defender and curled a ball into the far corner and The Moles were four up at the break.

With four goals in the bag and the game won the second half was always going to be tough to keep the same intensity up and so it proved, Dunstable continued to prod and probe as FC sat deeper and the home side did have chances to get back into the game but Nick Bennion made a series of excellent saves to keep the home side at baybut they did pull one back when Arel Amu scored on sixty five minutes.

It was though the away side that were to score the final two goals as the game drew to a close, Kyreece Martei deflected an Aaron King shot into the corner and right on the final whistle King nodded a ball into Bruno Brito which the big striker ran onto it and struck home for Aylesbury's sixth.

An excellent performance all round for FC, their first win of the season as they prepare for a busy week with the visits of Bracknell in the County Cup on Tuesday and then League leaders Bromsgrove at the weekend.
