With no crowds allowed, the semi-final of the Gladwish Cup got underway with the rain coming down.

Lions looked up for this game and soon after a last ditch tackle from Terry Griffiths saved Dynamos from further early embarrassment.
13 minutes and Kevin Owusu created some space and crossed into Jake Baldwin, he spun towards goal and hit a shot which was well saved.
The next ten minutes saw Lions have the…lions share…of possession and twice broke through the Dynamos back line. One chance went inches wide and another was well saved by Dan McAteer.
26 minutes and Jake Baldwin collected a ball from Dave Brown and hit a great cross which was inches away from Lewis Workman at the back post.
On the half hour mark, Lions went through 1-on-1 again, but again failed to hit the target. Lions could be 3 or 4 up easily.
Five minutes before the break a free kick from Dan McAteer was headed on by Lewis Workman into the path of Emmanuel Gbejuade and his snap shot was palmed away.
The next couple of minutes saw two chances fell to Lewis Workman, first a long range effort was saved and then a ball from Linus Kusi was headed towards the goal, but easily saved.

An early chance for Lions which was headed over, was followed by a great ball from Dave Brown finding Junior Gyamfi in the opposition box, but he was tackled.
Phil Granville had moved Jake Baldwin to left back as he went to a flat back four. It was Jake Baldwin who was on hand to clear a cross as Lions looked threatening again.
65 minutes and another half chance for Lions, but Dan McAteer was equal to it.
Then a turning point in the match, Jake Baldwin was sin binned on 75 minutes for 10 minutes as Dynamos were searching for an equaliser.
A couple of minutes later Alfie Gaspar and Charlie Jackson came on for Junior Gyamfi and Emmanuel Gbejuade.
79 minutes and Lions broke through the backline of Dynamos and slotted the ball home to make it 2-0 to Lions.
Dynamos heads dropped and Lions looked like they were enjoying the match now. 86 minutes and Ollie Lemon came on for Linus Kusi.
In the last minute of the 90, Lions moved forward and hit a great shot which hit the cross-bar and Dynamos cleared for a corner. The resulting corner hit a Dynamos player and went in the goal. 0-3 Lions.
A couple of minutes later, and with the last kick of the match Lions made it 4-0 with another well worked goal.
Final Score: Dynamos 0-4 Lions
