U11's Colts remain unbeaten in 2024...!

YOUTH UPDATE – 24th/25th February

With the persistent rain, I only had 11 results posted this weekend…

The U16’s Dynamos were in action in the EJA Cup but were undone 6-0 by a decent Newmarket Town team.

Russell Harrisons U15’s Colts team had a big 7-0 win away at Downley Dynamos. Despite a sluggish start, they ran away with a decent win.

The U13’s Dynamos remain in second place, 4 points behind the leaders, but with a massive 6 games in hand. They drew 1-1 with mid-table Risborough Rangers on Sunday.
The Youth team continued their good start in Division 4 with an impressive 1-0 win against league leaders, Windsor & Eton. The winner was scored by Max Brown with a superb strike from the halfway line…!!
The U13’s Girls Blue team were unlucky in the League Cup losing out 7-4 to Wantage Town. Another hat-trick for Jessica Ansley and a goal from Neili Brijesh, not enough to win the match.

The U12’s Youth played Marlow Town away and last time the 2 teams faced each other, Marlow ran out 11-0 winners. This time Dan & Charlie got the tactics rights and were winning 3-1, but a couple of late goals saw the final score as a 3-3 draw. Still a good result and shows great progression from the squad.

The U11’s Dynamos also grabbed a draw, with a 2-2 away at Ruislip Rangers. Ruislip are top of the table and being promoted to the Red Division, so this was an excellent result.
The U11’s Colts made it 5 from 5 as their season goes from strength to strength with a 4-0 win over Penn & Tylers Green. With a poor pitch, they ground our a great result with goals from Luc, Doran, Cassius and Tommy.

Finally, the U10’s were in action against Stoke Mandeville and Won 1, Lost 3 of their matches. Goalscorers were Ryan (2), Kai (2), Andrii and Rhys.

Can we all pray for some decent weather so we can get games on at the club again please….!
