U11's Colts back to winning ways !

YOUTH ROUND UP – October 11th/12th 2025

We are now well and truly into the season and the the pitches are holding up well, and we have had minimal rain (why did I say that…!).

The U18 Floodlit team had a Challenge Cup match last week where they lost out 3-1 in the end after holding it at 1-1 for a long time. Theo Cuthbert on the scoresheet again.

Manager (and referee for the day) Ben Sullivan reports that the U16 Dynamos got a well-deserved 1-1 draw away at Burnham. Lookiing like a tight division with only 1 team left unbeaten.

A Kordan Trybull hat-trick was the highlight for U16 Youth in a stomping 6-0 Cup match win against Thame Utd. Ollie Godfrey, Alex Willington and Carrick Evans the other goal scorers.

The U15 Girls team lost their first match of the season, 6-3 to a strong Aylesbury United. It was a close match with both teams playing good football, they go again next week in the County Cup.
U15 Dynamos remain top of Division 2 with a 2-2 draw away at Ruislip Rangers. Always chasing the game, Kane and Max grabbed the goals to get it back to 2-2, but Dynamos gave a penalty away in the last few minutes. Cameron made a great save to keep the scores level.
Graham’s Youth team were in cup action and against a higher opposition in Townsmead, but they managed to get their first win of the season with a 3-1 victory. Josh scored 2 goals including a spectacular overhead kick and Harvey with the other. Charlie also pulled off a great penalty save in an entertaining match.
Two goal hero Freddy got both goals as U15 Colts got their second win of the season, 2-1 against Holmer Green. After a comfortable first half, Holmer Green got back into it but the Colts team did enough to hold on.

The U14 Dynamos lost out 4-0 to Chesham yesterday and they meet them again next week so watch this space for a better result…hopefully.
Richard’s U14 Youth team started slow conceding early against Chesham. However this lit the fire they needed and eventually ran out 6-1 winners. Goals from Kamsi (2), Harry (2), Yas and Sam.
U14 Athletic faced top of the table AFC Henley, who are unbeaten, and managed a respectful 6-3 loss. End to end action and they caused Henley some problems. Andrin scored a brace and Haider got the other goal.

The U13 Youth lost out in a close contest against Harefield in the Cup match. Both teams created chances but Harefield progress with a 3-1 win.
Top of the Table Penn & Tylers were the opponents for the U13 Colts and managed to get a very impressive 5-3 win. The boys worked hard for each other and had the determination to see the win through. Dorin, Izaan, Harri, Liam and Freddie getting the goals.

The U12 Dynamos struggled with no keeper, so the boys have been taking it turn, much to their credit. With the new team still gelling together, they lost out 6-0 to Burnham.
Navin’s U12 Youth team got their first win of the season as they defeated unbeaten Ickenham Youth 3-2. A superb result and hard fought win.
The U12 Colts continued their impressive start to the season with another victory. This time despatching Prestwood colts 3-0.

Our U11 Dynamos suffered only their 2nd defeat of the season as they lost out 4-2 to Maidenhead United. With an uncharacteristic slow start they found themselves 4-1 down at the break. A better second half but couldn’t get the goals needed. William and Daniel grabbing the Dynamos goals.
It was an exciting match for the U11 Youth but they eventually lost out 4-3 to Chesham Athletic. A better second half performance saw the Youth team nearly get a draw.
The U11 Colts were back to winning ways with a great 5-2 win over Marlow. Dominating possession and playing great football, goals from Harris (2), Alex, Aaron and Oliver sealing a much deserved victory.
Hayley’s U11 Girls were unlucky not to get a draw as they lost out 2-1 to Flitwick. A long range effort from Flitwick proving to the be winner in a tight contest.

Martyn’s U10 Dynamos won 2, drew 1 and lost 1 in a good set of matches with Marlow Royals. It was a physical encounter but the boys gave their all to come out on top overall.

The U8 Athletic team continued their good start to the season with 3 wins and a loss away at Beaconsfield. Probably not at their best but still managed to win 3 matches.
The U8 Dynamos got 2 wins, 1 draw and a loss in a bruising encounter with Chinnor. Good performance overall.
Woody’s Youth team got 1 win and 3 losses in their match, also against a Chinnor team. The Colts got 1 win and 3 losses against Ruislip Rangers.

Finally the U7 team grabbed 2 wins and 2 losses in an even match against Tring Tornadoes. They still managed to score 15 goals in the 4 matches.
