The club have been working hard over the past couple of weeks to find a suitable replacement for Jordan King & James Green who stepped down at the end of last season. Jordan stayed with the club joining the committee and taking a D of F role where his first task was to search for his replacement. After weeks of interviewing and talking to numerous applicants, we are delighted to announce Paul Batchelor as our new first team manager. Batch is well known to United fans having been part of Ben Williams management team during his time in charge. More recently he managed Holmer Green to safety last season.

Chairman Mike Borrett said ‘When we looked to appoint a new manager, we felt it was important to find someone who fit our clubs ambitions. Batch’s football knowledge and coaching abilities along with working well with
Young players was a big part of offering him the role, along with being a genuinely nice guy!
I’m really looking forward to him working with the current squad as well as some new additions over the coming weeks’.

Our pre season game dates will be announced in the next few days as well as trial dates.
