Premier Division - Gosport Borough, who secured their play-off berth on the final day, raced into a two goal first half lead at Hemel Hempstead Town but the home side scored twice in the final eight minutes to make it 2-2 and force extra time. With neither side able to add to the score Gosport secured promotion to the Football Conference South with a 5-4 penalty victory.

Division One Central - Fourth in the table Biggleswade Town went behind thirteen minutes after the break but equalised six minutes later before going on to score twice in the final five minutes to win 3-1 at Runners-up Rugby Town and book their place in the Premier Division.

Division One South & West - Runners-up Hungerford Town took the lead a minute after the interval but Merthyr Town equalised four minutes later only to concede goals either side of half time in extra time to send the home side into the Premier Division with a 3-1 victory.
