Aylesbury Vale Dynamos FC is seeking an experienced, motivated, and ambitious 1st Team Manager to bring in a Management Team and to lead our senior squad into the next exciting chapter of the club's journey.

We are a well-established, community focussed club with a strong local support base. Our first team competes at Step 5 of the National League System, in the Spartan South Midlands League and we are committed to developing local talent while challenging for honours and moving up the non-league pyramid.

Key Responsibilities:

◦ Reporting to the Chairman, lead all aspects of first team affairs, including player recruitment, coaching, match preparation, budget management and squad selection.
◦ Develop a competitive playing philosophy aligned with the club's values and ambitions.
◦ Support player development and progression from our youth and development setups.
◦ Represent the club professionally on and off the pitch.
◦ Demonstrate integrity and honesty that aligns with the clubs vision, values and long term objectives

The ideal candidate will have:

◦ Proven experience managing or coaching at Step 5 or above (or equivalent level).
◦ Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
◦ A demonstration of successful match day planning and preparation
◦ A positive track record of building and maintaining a competitive squad.
◦ Relevant coaching qualifications
◦ A passion for non-league football and player development.
